We landed, got caught up with our luggage, and missed our bus by 20 minutes. The bus, like true professionals, left strictly on time. We thought we were totally stranded... But the support team put themselves in our shoes and got us onto the next shuttle absolutely for FREE! A couple of hours of waiting, a couple of hours on the road — and we are up in the mountains, in Bansko!
A massive shoutout to Maria from the rental department. She picked out such perfect ski brands for us that the riding turned into pure thrill. Maria, you are our hero! Traventuria, thank you for the human touch and the killer gear. Highly recommended from the bottom of our hearts!

Had an amazing week in Bansko! The rental shop was fantastic — super friendly staff, really helpful, and the equipment was top quality. The boards were in great condition and the prices were very, very reasonable. Honestly couldn’t fault it. Would definitely recommend to anyone heading out there
